Epilogue
LONG TRAIN RUNNING

And so, Marion’s slaughterfest worked its way down to the world of man, causing a chain of seemingly random events… a woman at the bar drops her cell phone and steps down from the stool to pick it up.  Distracted by her cleavage, a man at the pool table misfires, sending the cue ball flying off the table and onto the floor, rolling right under the foot of the 420-pound bouncer as he steps forward.  The bouncer falls to the ground, blocking the only exit.  As he falls, his cigarette flies cross the room.  The bartender picks up a bottle of pure grain alcohol just as the cigarette hits him in the face.  He drops the bottle which shatters on the floor, sending PGA over his pants legs and across the floor.  The cigarette drops, igniting the PGA and his pants legs.  He panics and runs toward the dance floor.  The people rush to help him while the fire behind the bar goes unnoticed.  The fire creeps up the cabinets and walls.  Soon, the entire club is on fire.  Everyone panics, and the bouncer still lies unconscious, blocking the only exit.  As Sheba catches fire, Marion tries to re-enter Dave’s body which still lies unconscious on the dance floor.  Oh shit!  Dave won’t wake up!  Dave burns.  Sheba burns.  Everyone burns.  Marion grabs the caged pig, Sheba-M, and exits.

Elsewhere, Sky-M and Derek-M cross to their homeland, along with all those freed animals from the metropolis.  The earthquakes and the flooding do not touch the island on which their home now stands tall, along with their flag, the one Derek had planted so deep into the ground that fated day over a year ago now.  And the earth breathed a sigh of relief, for she had suffered so much.  The streets slowly came back to life, and they teemed with activity of all kinds.  Was this the day of which De spoke, even from the beginning, the day when “she will be happy in the end”?  Only time would tell… only time would tell.

And – here’s the important part – the old man died.  And just as he would not smile for his wife over here, neither will he smile for her over there.  And just as he did not find happiness over here, neither will he find it over there.

And so… life goes on.

THE END
…for real

Down around the corner
Half a mile from here
You see them long trains run
And you watch them disappear
Without love
Where would you be now
Without love

You know I saw Miss Lucy
Down along the tracks
She lost her home and her family
And she won’t be comin’ back
Without love
Where would you be right now
Without love

Well the Illinois Central
And the Southern Central Freight
Gotta keep on pushin’ mama
‘Cause you know they’re runnin’ late
Without love
Where would you be now, na-na-now
Without love

Well the Illinois Central
And the Southern Central Freight
Gotta keep on pushin’ mama
‘Cause you know they’re runnin’ late
Without love
Where would you be now
Without love

Well the Illinois Central
And the Southern Central Freight
Gotta keep on pushin’ mama
‘Cause you know they’re runnin’ late
Without love
Where would you be now
Without love

Well the pistons keep on churnin’
And the wheels go round and round
And the steel rails are cold and hard
In the miles that they go down
Without love
Where would you be right now
Without love
Where would you be now
